Well, the difference is that Italy technically didn’t lose the war and didn’t kill 6+million jews/gay/Jehovah’s witnesses/communist/etc. in lagers + countless civilians in Poland, France, and Russia. I bet the jokes are good, we have good ones as well about Miklós Horthy and Mátyás Rákosi (Horty was fascist leader/governor during WW2, Rákosi was the communist puppet dictator).
