Sure I just can’t tell if RT is supposed to be a The Grinch I Am Sorry The Nice Dental Assistant Is On Vacation Shirt. If we’re talking about the live-action Grinch, IMO it completely misses the mark on the spirit of the original story. It’s well-intentioned and they grasp overlying themes but they certainly took it in too many different directions that I didn’t enjoy whatsoever. There are plenty of parts of the film I enjoy and laugh at but it is in no way a movie I go back to at Christmas, like the cartoon one. I love Jim Carrey but he’s so over-the-top in his role. There were too many inside jokes I’m not sure even adults got.

I think it’s terrible. The Who’s make up is terrible, they were all perceived as materialistic assholes that bullied the Grinch (sans Cindy-Lou). Jim Carrey had some funny moments, but it was mostly just his slapstick goofball style that he always pulled in his early career and it doesn’t fit well for The Grinch I Am Sorry The Nice Dental Assistant Is On Vacation Shirt. Carrey as the Grinch is pretty loathsome and self-hating and I thought he did a good job.
