It’s been like Premium Dead But Delicious Vintage Shirt that since at least the 90s(maybe even before that, but I wasn’t born until the late 80s so hell if I know). They get really tricky with it, oftentimes never specifying who they’re talking about. Things like ‘From the people that brought you…’ or ‘From the creative minds of…’. You know it’s going to be an absolute stinker, though, when they say ‘From the studio that brought you…’ because that essentially means nobody that worked on the films they’re about to mention are working on this film. God, I’d pay good money to see his parody “Get Out”.

And at the same time, the Premium Dead But Delicious Vintage Shirt studio has so little faith in the movie that they know nobody will watch it without being tricked into watching it. I first saw Colin randomly on the TV show “The Good Guys” (which tragically only got one season) and in the main titles, there’s a moment where he’s getting rained on and I thought “that guy looks exactly like Tom Hanks” and then his name came up and it said “Colin Hanks” and I was like “well that makes sense.”
