In 2003 they amended that rule to include Official May Contain Alcohol Shirt and Embankment within its scope. Since then it’s so much more convoluted when dealing with those stations. Of course, when dealing with those stations you’ve also got to think about the 1987 Westminster Amendment, which took all stations on the north side of the Thames into a new grouping. Made the whole thing far more complicated.
