I should’ve gone around the first time but I wanted out. I had a problem where I flare way too high on landing, which I’ve slowly been improving on. On a recent flight, I did that and the stall warning horn went off. My instinct was to increase the throttle and we landed fine. My instructor said that if I had not done that the landing gear would’ve gone through the wings and we would’ve collapsed our spines. Now he might’ve been saying that to scare me, but I don’t think he was.
