The material feels nice but the stitching seems a bit thin compared to most of my other shirts. I would say this is more of an Extra Slim comparable to Express sizing. I’m 5’8″ 165 athletic build and it’s very tight in the shoulders. I won’t be able to wear tucked in but maybe untucked with jeans. I wish the size chart included less generic measurements. 15-15.5″ 32/33 is the size I ordered.

Great fit and very comfortable after the first wash. The shirt works both tucked in and out. I am a 16.5 – 36, so I cannot shop ordinary stores. Being able to order a comfortable 100% cotton shirt that fits perfectly and is delivered in two days is an amazing find for me. Going forward, I am ordering g all of my shirts from Buttoned Down.
One last comment….the plaid shirts can be washed at home and worn straight away, and the solids only need a light touch up with the iron.

This shirt is really slim. You must have a marathoner’s body to fit inside of it. Otherwise, the craftsmanship and fabric quality are great.

Overall this is a nice shirt and I appreciate the slim fit (vs. fitted or tailored). Great color pattern. Only a mild “complaint” is that this shirt can only be ordered with sleeve length 34/35 instead of exactly 34 or exactly 35 like some of the other Amazon Unbuttoned shirts. I have previously ordered other Unbuttoned shirts as 16 neck, 35 sleeve slim fit and they are great. If I could have ordered this with specific 35 sleeve length I would give it 5 stars.

I got a lot of compliments. The material is thin. Sort of like a thin silk, without being as nice as silk. Make sense? I don’t think it will last too many washes. However, it will serve it’s purpose of a 1-3 times a year wear. Arrived quickly. I wear 2xl. I ordered a 3 xl due to reviews. The 3xl is a little big. However, it wasn’t obnoxiously big. In hindsight, I would get a 2 xl. The 3xl probably needs to be tucked in. I am not one to tuck in Hawaiian style shirts.

I purchased this shirt to wear on a couple of occasions over the festive period. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a good fit, lightweight with a festive air to it. It launders well at 30 C and comes up as good as new without the need to iron it. An unexpected bonus is that it looks as if it will survive for next year’s use as well.

Size up about 2 sizes as this runs small. The fabric is soft and nice, just the sizing runs very small. My husband wears a 4x, so I got him a 6x and it is still small at the bottom (his lower belly is bigger than upper belly) but he wore it open with a shirt layered under. Fun shirt!

I ordered a 5XL after reading some reviews to get a size up, but when I checked the label on the shirt itself it said 6xl despite the sticker on packaging stating 5.
For the cost, its fine. I wore it on Christmas day and it got the reaction I’d hoped for, so a great success overall.
The fabric itself is very thin and artificial to the touch. That said, it does keep you very cool!
