I had to show my daughter my driver’s license to prove to her that she had it wrong. This is confusing to small children! Also, several people have different spellings of similar-sounding names, it shouldn’t be too hard to verify with parents or enrollment paperwork. I was surprised, but wouldn’t have doubted him for a second on that.
