I hated running in the Nice Hippie Gnome St. Patrick’s Day Shirt. Running brings me mental clarity and has been the one constant through graduating from college, a bad breakup, getting a new job, and moving to a new area. You’re good at it! That’s the Nice Hippie Gnome St. Patrick’s Day Shirt. I’ve always hated running and was never good at it even at school. I stopped using it as a punishment if I ate too much (I was trying to lose weight). Weirdly enough, I ran more. I stopped putting pressure on myself to run at a certain pace. It was only 10 or 20 minutes of my day which made it much more manageable (10 minutes out of my whole day is nothing!) and slowly it started to get more and more comfortable and I started to get faster. I won’t say that I love running just yet, but I definitely don’t hate it like I used to
