Flashback scenes in Star Wars isn’t really a thing, but fuck it just show a flashback (or hologram) for like 5 minutes that sets up who the First Order is. Explain just a little bit of who Snoke is other than he’s the leader, is as old as Palpatine (or older) yet seems to not have been his apprentice, master, etc. Maybe even explain who the Knights of Ren are (though they might be in Rising of Skywalker so we might find out what they are.) Just give the audience some context, not a novel.
