I mean they are revamping new light, I can see them making changes to what raids they can access. Still sucks tho, those three raids they get are still solid. I wouldn’t be terribly surprised if they just add all of forsaken to new light. There is a reason, the game is becoming too big and will become inaccessible for players due to storage size increasing. The raids may come back still. Sometimes they took away large amounts of content, and gave only a few new instances and maybe a raid instead. People didn’t like it, but it was done always when new content dropped.
