I don’t think Aquaman’s style is a reflection of how WW will be. AM was very much a James Wan film, as this will be another Patty Jenkins film, where the heart will take center stage. Considering what she has said in interviews, I don’t think she will leave that out of the sequel. Some people will probably think you’re being sarcastic when in reality they won for best makeup and hair. Meanwhile, Marvel didn’t win a single Oscar until a black panther. Not even for effects, which to me just suggests a pretty strong bias because there have been several that had incredible special effects.

One of the best comics ever. “but people die in war!”… and the Molecular Man is already murdered, and the inmates in his super-prison are rioting, killing guards and each other. And she just gives him this sad look, and a little kiss, and goes to lead the heroes to war because he won’t. I have problems with the tank one. I get she’s a superhero but her muscles aren’t even tensed mildly so it looks like she’s holding nothing. On top of that, makes no sense ho her head is relative to her arms, the tank would be clipping through her head right now.

But I agree these posters are better than most superhero ones especially the Marvel floating head posters. I like the idea, but I HATE the armor for some reason. It just looks Starlight Express cheesy. And this is from someone who loves WW, the movie, and never levels one criticism against them. This SHOCKS me, TBH. I guess I’ll come around to it, but if that’s supposed to be the Golden Eagle armor…well………color me disappointed. They did the same thing with some of the Suicide Squad posters – lots of interesting colors and hand-drawn art on the poster but then ruined by making sure real pictures of the actors were used.
