I had a teacher do that to my daughter and she only corrected herself when I started addressing her by the wrong name. I mean it seems like the Just An All American Pre-k Teacher Shirt teacher is fine as long as a name is close enough, so your daughter should be fine saying her teacher’s name close enough to what it actually is. They’ve made it clear that’s no big deal so she should be fine! And if she has a problem with that, that proves that she is a hypocrite.
